The common clarity
Speaking to a great business consultant, facilitator friend of mine. A few pearls of wisdom from her recent work to promote clarity and cooperation towards a common goal. 1. Clarity - Do not waver. Stay consistent in what matters and keep your eye on the big picture. 2. Common - Stick to the lowest common denominator. Speaking in a language understood by all is paramount.
