The common clarity
Speaking to a great business consultant, facilitator friend of mine.
A few pearls of wisdom from her recent work to promote clarity and cooperation towards a common goal.
1. Clarity - Do not waver. Stay consistent in what matters and keep your eye on the big picture.
2. Common - Stick to the lowest common denominator. Speaking in a language understood by all is paramount.

Cloud computing, eyes wide open →
Caught this little “media beat up” about cloud computing.
Questions that come to mind would be:
What are the actual “security” concerns?
Are they real or perceived?
Is City of LA in a better or worse shape security wise than before the Google Apps implementation?
Are the concerns with the cloud model or Google Apps specifically?
