Cloud computing, eyes wide open

Caught this little “media beat up” about cloud computing.

Questions that come to mind would be:

What are the actual “security” concerns?
Are they real or perceived?
Is City of LA in a better or worse shape security wise than before the Google Apps implementation?
Are the concerns with the cloud model or Google Apps specifically?

Due diligence is a prerequisite with any services provider.
